81-Year-Old Woman Arrested With 728g of Ice In Kompanna Veediya Raid

COLOMBO (News 1st): An 81-year-old woman has been arrested in Vithanage Mawatha area of Kompanna Veediya with 728 grams of 'Ice' (methamphetamine).
The arrest was made during a raid conducted by a team of officers from the Colombo Central Crimes Investigation Bureau.
Police stated that the suspect’s son had fled the house during the raid.
Investigations are currently underway to apprehend him.
