Sugeeshwara Bandara Further Remanded

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sugeeshwara Bandara, who served as the personal secretary to former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, has been further remanded until July 8.
He was ordered to be remanded after being produced before the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court this morning.
The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court also stated that the order regarding his bail application will be delivered on July 8.
Bandara was arrested on the 18th of June on allegations of criminal misappropriation of funds under the Presidential expenditure head.
