COLOMBO (News 1st); CEB request for 4 hours & 20 minutes power cut due to unavailability of fuel for thermal power plants, approved by PUCSL for Monday (18) and for 4 hours & 50 minutes power cut on Tuesday (19) and Wednesday (20);
