Colombo (News 1st); MTV Channel Private Limited has sent a reply, through its Attorney-at-Law Mr. G.G. Arulpragasam, to the letter of demand sent by the Attorney-at-Law for the George Steuart Health Private Limited. In the said reply on behalf of the MTV Channel Private Limited, it has been stated that MTV Channel Private Limited will counter-sue George Steuart Health Private Limited for Rs. 20 billion for the damages and loss caused to MTV Channel Private Limited for the wrongful, malicious and unjustified actions of George Steuart Health Private Limited.

Private Limited& its Chairman or key employees, in a case filed with regard to the importation of rapid antigen test kits to Sri Lanka.

Private Limited had instituted action in the District Court of Colombo and obtained an ex parte enjoining order well prior to MTV Channel Private Limited receiving theLetter of Demand
