Colombo (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment said a five-year plan will be prepared for the promotion of Foreign Employment.
Piyankara Jayaratne, the State Minister of Foreign Employment Promotions and Market Diversification speaking to News 1st said the plan will be presented to President.
He said 2021 would see a revival in Foreign Employment despite facing a setback at present as a result of COVID-19.
Piyankara Jayaratne, the State Minister of Foreign Employment Promotions and Market Diversification further said the SLBFE would be converted to an institution that would actively support the country's growth.
Further, a database of those in Foreign Employment would be set up, said the State Minister.
