Russian Deputy Energy Minister Meets President Anura Kumara Dissanayake

COLOMBO (News 1st): Russian Deputy Minister of Energy, Roman Marshavin, has arrived in the island following an official invitation from the Sri Lankan government.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Russian Deputy Minister of Energy is scheduled to meet President Anura Kumara Dissanayake this afternoon.

The Deputy Minister is also scheduled to meet and hold discussions today with Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath and Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Anil Jayantha Fernando.

He will attend a dinner hosted by the Foreign Minister tomorrow night and is expected to depart the island on Saturday.
