COLOMBO (News 1st):
Postal voting for the Elpitiya Divisional Secretariat will begin tomorrow.Assistant District Election Commissioner W. H. R. Wijayakumara said that state sector employees unable to cast their postal votes will have another opportunity on October 18.
Eight recognized political parties and one independent group have submitted nominations for the general election.
