COLOMBO (News 1st); The Korean Exim Bank has expressed its agreement to provide financial support for development projects in Sri Lanka.
This agreement was conveyed during a meeting between a delegation of officials from the Korean Exim Bank and the President’s Secretary, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumara.
In light of the recent economic crisis faced by the country, the Korean Exim Bank had previously suspended financial assistance for local projects.
However, the bank’s representatives have now indicated that they will resume these projects and offer concessional loans in the near future.
