Take the Indian Government as example: Namal Karunaratne

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Organizer of the All Ceylon Agrarian Federation, Namal Karunaratne urges the Government to take the Indian Government as an example in providing concessions to the farmers. Mentioning that discussions which have arisen regarding the reversal of the fertilizer decision are commendable, Karunaratne said that if such concessions are granted, the Government should not take the credit for such actions. Speaking further, Karunaratne said that if such concessions are granted, they should be considered as results of the struggle waged by farmers in the country.
