COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Deputy Director-General of Public Health Services said a 'lockdown' is always an alternative option in the war against COVID-19.

Moving into a lockdown will depend on multiple factors, and it cannot be decided alone, he told on Monday (09).

"The collective decision will be based on the prevailing situation," he said.
