Postal Voting for LG Elections Continues

COLOMBO (News 1st); Postal voting for the local government elections continues today. The Election Commission has announced that postal votes can be marked at designated polling centers from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.

The postal voting process, which began yesterday, will also take place on April 28th and 29th. 

Eligible postal voters from state institutions, police, the tri-forces, schools, organizations, and statutory bodies can mark their votes on these days.

Additionally, the Election Commission has established a special polling center at Kandy Girls High School for police officers engaged in duties at the Sri Dalada Maligawa.
