187 people arrested for breaching COVID regulations on May Day

Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested 187 people for failing to wear face masks and maintain social distancing on May Day (01).
Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said the highest number of suspects (45) were arrested from Trincomalee while 21 people were arrested from Mount Lavinia. Sri Lanka Police said a total 4,672 people were arrested since 30th of October 2020 to-date, said the Police Spokesperson.Other Articles
