ZERO COVID CASES AT TEMPLE OF TOOTH

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy in a press release issued on Monday evening (Jan. 18) dismissed the claims relating to staff members at the temple testing positive for COVID-19. Following tests conducted on the staff members at the Temple of Tooth, it was confirmed none of them were exposed to the virus, the Department of Government Information said in a press release issued on Monday (Jan. 18). Devotees are facilitated with the respective amenities to engage in religious observances in a safe manner, with strict adherence to COVID-19 health regulations as instructed by the health authorities, the press release further noted.
