49 traders at the Peliyagoda Fish Market have tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday (21).
The Peliyagoda Fish Market was temporarily closed down with immediate effect.
The Medical Officer for Health in the areas speaking to News 1st said all traders at the premises are being tested for the corona-virus via the PCR tests.
