Immigration and Emigration Dept. to open services on appointment basis

Colombo (News 1st);  The Head Office and the Regional Offices of the Department of Immigration and Emigration will be kept open to the Public for providing services with effect from 19th October 2020 subject to the announcements of imposition curfew in the District where the Office is located. Issuing a statement, the Department said the Public are kindly informed to make an appointment through the relevant telephone numbers or web extensions before visiting the Office to obtain the following services until further notice. It is further informed that the persons, who have not made an appointment in this manner, will not be allowed to enter the office premises.
