COVID-19 cases in Minuwangoda cluster hit 1838

COLOMBO (News1st): The number of COVID-19 patients in the Minuwangoda cluster has risen to 1838. This was after 69 individuals tested positive for the virus on Thursday. Among the patients, 22 were from quarantine centres while 46 were close contacts of infected patients, army commander Shavendra Silva, who heads the National Operation Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak said.   68
