Home delivery of medicine begins today

COLOMBO (News1st): The health ministry has launched a mechanism to deliver medicines to households in the Gampaha and Kurunegala districts. The list of selected pharmacies available for these services have been uploaded on https://pharmacy.health.gov.lk, ministry spokesman Dr Jayaruwan Bandara said. Patients can capture a photograph of their prescription and send it to a selected pharmacy on messaging applications WhatsApp, Viber and Imo. The payments can be made online or by cash on delivery.
