Colombo (News 1st); The new Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila said 05 new Oil Refineries will be constructed in Sri Lanka and the existing Oil Refinery at Sapugaskanda will be modernized.
" 80% of Sri Lanka's refined oil is imported and 20% is refined locally," said the Minister adding the Government policy is to stabilize the prices in the local market.
