State uni. students to receive free internet for e-learning

COLOMBO (News1st): The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission says that state university students will be offered free internet facilities for e-learning from today (March 23). According to the TRC, this facility will be granted in collaboration with the University Grants Commission, and will be in effect until the situation returns to normalcy. Accordingly, students will be allowed to engage in e-learning activities without being charged for their data consumption by Telecommunication Service Providers.
