Passenger flights, cruise ships barred from entering the country

COLOMBO (News1st): The President's Media Division says that all passenger flights and cruise ships have been barred from entering the country. Issuing a statement, the PMD said that this decision was made to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 from visitors of foreign countries to the country. The statement added that this will not be relaxed under any circumstances until the situation returns to normalcy.
