SSP Shani Abeysekara appears before CID

Colombo (News 1st) - Former Director of the Criminal Investigations Department SSP Shani Abeysekara arrived at the CID this morning. He was summoned to record a statement with regard to the investigations into Swiss Embassy staffer Garniar Banister Francis. He is also due to provide a statement with regard to telephone conversations.
