New sections of Southern expressway open for public

Colombo (News 1st): New sections of the Southern expressway were opened to the public from midnight last night (November 8). Chairman of the Road Development Authority Nihal Suriyarachchi said that the Outer Circular Highway from Kadawatha to Kerawalapitiya will be open to the public from today. He also said that the section of Southern Expressway from Barawakumbuka to Hambantota has been opened for the public.
