Palestinian national arrested with no visa

COLOMBO (News 1st): A Palestinian national aged 46, has been arrested from Tennekumbura, Kandy for remaining in the country without a valid visa. The police said that that the suspect was living on rent in Kandy. The arrested individual who had arrived in the country under a business visa had overstayed from February 15th. The suspect has been identified as a resident of Doha, Qatar. He was remanded till May 27th after being produced in courts.
