RW calls on UNP MPs to sacrifice ministerial positions

Colombo (News1st) - UNP MP Palitha Range Bandara revealed to the media today about a request that has been made by UNP Leader PM Ranil Wickremesinghe. The PM has stated that a few UNP members would have to sacrifice ministerial position and had requested the support of the MPs. The Premier had also stated that several new faces will be added to the cabinet of ministers. UNP MP Ajith P. Perera stated that several MPs of the UNP and other supporting parties have expressed their willingness to sacrifice their ministerial positions, to limit the cabinet to 30 persons. MP Palitha Thewarapperuma stated that managing a government is not an easy task as there are disagreements over everything.
