Weapons dealer arrested in Ragama

Colombo (News1st) - A suspect who supplied firearms to criminals have been arrested during a raid carried out in Ragama. The 39-year-old suspect is a resident of Ganemulla. According to the Police three T-56 Firearms, seven magazines and 168 rounds of live ammunitions that was seized from a group of suspects in Gampaha on the 2nd of October last year had been supplied by the suspect taken into custody. The suspect will be produced before the Gampaha Magistrates Court today (September 1).
