COLOMBO (News 1st) - Attorney-at-Law Nagananda Kodituwakku has expressed his displeasure on the delay of implementing of the recommendations of the Presidential Commission on the Inquiry that inquired into the issuance of Treasury Bonds.
In a letter addressed to the Attorney General, Attorney-at-Law Nagananda Kodituwakku says if legal measures in this regard are not taken within 7 days, a case will be filed against the Attorney General in the Court of Appeal.
In his letter, Nagananda Kodituwakku states, following the details revealed during investigations on the Bond Scam, the Attorney General has evaded his duty of taking legal action against the criminals involved in the scam.
