Brother of Alleged Crime Figure and Drug Trafficker 'Modara Nipuna' Arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st) – The brother of alleged organized crime figure and drug trafficker 'Modara Nipuna' has been arrested by the Central Crimes Investigation Bureau in Colombo.

The arrest was made after the suspect was deported from Dubai to Sri Lanka.

Police said investigations have revealed that the suspect had allegedly been involved in drug trafficking activities in Modara and surrounding areas.

Further investigations are underway.
