Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Arrives in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in Sri Lanka early this morning on a special flight operated by Beijing Airlines while en route from South Africa to China.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese Foreign Minister and his delegation arrived at around 1.05 a.m.
He is scheduled to hold discussions with Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister, Vijitha Herath.
Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his entourage are due to depart the island at around 11.00 a.m. today.
