Shotgun Attack Leaves Two Hospitalized in Kalawana

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police have confirmed that two individuals sustained injuries in a shooting incident that occurred in the Delgoda Gonala Kanda area of Kalawana.

According to initial reports, the assailant used a shotgun-type firearm during the attack. 

The injured victims have been admitted to the Ratnapura Hospital for treatment.

Police investigations suggest that the shooting stemmed from a personal dispute, and inquiries are underway to apprehend those responsible.
