Over 1,200 Kilograms of Heroin, and 1,800 Kilograms of ICE seized in 9 months

COLOMBO (News 1st); Acting Police Spokesperson, Assistant Super of Police Minura Senerath, said that police have seized 1,248 kg of Heroin.

He said and 1,852 kg of ICE have been seized over the past nine months.

Additionally, The police have also introduced new contact numbers for the public to provide information on narcotic seizures.

Accordingly Public can contact Deputy Inspector Generals on District Levels and Senior Police Officers on Divisional Levels to report drug-related information confidentially.
