Yala Welcomes Tourists Again: Zones 1, 2 Reopen

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Yala National Park, which had been closed due to flooding, will reopen Zones 1 and 2 to tourists starting this afternoon (5). 

The Department of Wildlife Conservation announced that while these zones will be accessible, several internal roads within the park will remain closed. 

These roads are scheduled to reopen after repairs are completed to address the damage caused by the recent heavy rains.
