Suspect Arrested in Habaraduwa with Weapons

COLOMBO(News 1st) - A 26-year-old suspect has been arrested in Habaraduwa following a police raid that uncovered multiple weapons, including two firearms.

Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a raid last night at a house in Wellegewatta, Habaraduwa. 

During the operation, officers seized a foreign-made revolver, a locally-made revolver, two pistol cartridges, and two swords.

Further investigations into the incident are ongoing.
