Notorious Crime Boss Podi Lassie Arrested in Mumbai

COLOMBO (News 1st); Authorities have apprehended Podi Lassie, a notorious organized crime figure and drug trafficker. 

Acting Police Chief Priyantha Weerasuriya confirmed that the suspect was arrested in Mumbai, India.

Lassie is accused of being involved in several homicides in the Balapitiya area. 

Further investigations are currently underway.
