Government to Support Health Workers in Addressing Pharmaceutical Issues

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The government has pledged to protect the safety of health workers involved in addressing issues within the pharmaceutical industry. 

Minister of Health Nalinda Jayatissa made this statement during an emergency inspection visit to the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation (SPC).

During the visit, the minister held a detailed discussion with officials about the drug supply network, procurement processes, and distribution.

He also took time to focus on the challenges faced by employees in the sector.
