126th Birth Anniversary of S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike

COLOMBO (News 1st): A ceremony was held today to commemorate the 126th birth anniversary of S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike, the founder of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party and a former Prime Minister.

The event took place at Galle Face Green.

Former President Maithripala Sirisena, along with other dignitaries, attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga and Sunethra Bandaranaike.
