Two Missing After Boat Capsizes in Munnakkara Lagoon, Search Operations Underway

COLOMBO (News 1st): Seven people had arrived this morning for a sightseeing trip to Munnakkara lagoon.
According to News 1st correspondent, the group was travelling on a boat, when the boat capsized in Munnakkara.
While the residents of Munnakkara were able to rescue five out of the seven, two people are still missing.
The missing victims are a 50-year-old father and his 19-year-old daughter.
Search operations to locate the missing people are underway.
