COLOMBO (News 1st) - New secretaries have been appointed to 16 key ministries, including the office of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet.
The appointments were formally announced today, with the relevant documents handed over by the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.

Snr. Prof. Kapila C.K. Perera: Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation
Mahinda Siriwardana: Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development
Thilaka Jayasundara: Secretary to the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development
