Harak Kata's associates nabbed

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Police Special Task Force arrested a woman with close links to a notorious drug trafficker and criminal Nadun Chinthaka Wickramaratne, alias Harak Katara.

Another was also arrested by the STF, and officers recovered over 51 grams of heroin from their possession.

The man is aged 34, and the woman who is identified by the alias 'Batti' is 40 years of age.

Meanwhile, Customs Officers at the Bandaranaike International Airport seized 60 Gold Biscuits valued at over Rs. 150 Million.

The gold biscuits weighed over 60 kilograms, and all the Gold Biscuits were 24 Carat Gold.
