Spanish national among motor accident fatalities in past 24 hours

COLOMBO (News 1st); Several road accidents had taken place during the past 24 hours in the country, resulting in 6 fatalities.

Six people, including a Spanish National, died in these road accidents.

Police said that two persons were dead when a motorcycle collided with a telephone pole in Akkaraipattu.

Three others died in accidents in Lunugamwehera, Seeduwa, and Ahangama.

A 35-year-old Spanish national died in a motorcycle accident in Ahangama as well.
