COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka reported 2,672 COVID-19 infections on Sunday (09), the highest number of cases ever recorded in the country in a single day.
2,659 of these cases were from the New Year Cluster and 13 of these cases were from among those who returned from overseas.
