925 suspects arrested during a special operation on Sunday (11)

COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lanka Police said 925 suspects were arrested during a special operation conducted in the Western Province from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday (11). The arrested suspects include 518 suspects connected to various cases of corruption, 306 suspects who have warrants against them and 40 suspects connected various other crimes, the Police said. The special operation was conducted under the guidance of Senior DIG In-charge of the Western Province - Deshabandu Thennakoon.
