09-hour water cut for several areas in Colombo: NWSDB

COLOMBO (News 1st): The supply of water to Colombo 06, 12, 13, 14 and Colombo 15 will be suspended for 9 hours on Saturday (Aug 15), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said. Accordingly, the water supply will be suspended from 8:00 pm tonight (Aug 15) till 5:00 am on Sunday morning (Aug 16). Further, water supply to Colombo 11 will be under low-pressure conditions. The water cut is due to repair activities of pipelines in the Colombo Municipality, the Water Board noted.
