Contact Post Masters if pensions are not received by April 4 : Dept. of Posts

COLOMBO (News1st): Pensioners have been informed to call the Post Masters in their respective areas only if they have not received their pensions by April 4. The Department of Posts, in a statement, said pensions are being delivered to the houses of the recipients owing to the current restrictions concerning COVID-19. This mechanism had been implemented to avoid public gatherings, which can contribute to the spread of the virus, at post offices.
