Agriculture Ministry shifted to Govi Jana Mandiraya

Colombo (News 1st) - The Ministry of Agriculture that was located inside a privately held building in Rajagiriya, was relocated to the Govi Jana Mandiraya in Battaramulla today. The relocation of the Agriculture ministry commenced this morning, following religious observances. All sections and departments of the ministry were relocated to the Govi Jana Mandiraya today. The decision to relocate the ministry will save more than 3 million rupees, that was spent on a daily basis, to maintain the Rajaigriya Building. On the 23rd of January, State Minister of Agriculture Vidura Wickramanayake shifted his operations to the Govi Jana Mandiraya from Rajagiriya
