COLOMBO (News 1st) - Colombo Chief High Court judge Vikum Kaluarachchi convened a meeting this morning (February 07) to discuss the measures that could be adopted to handle cases filed at the Colombo high courts without an unnecessary delay.
High Court justices serving at the Colombo High Court, officials of the Attorney General Department and senior police officers attached to the Colombo high court zone have also been called in for the meeting.
The meeting has been called as per instructions given by Chief Justice Nalin Perera to expedite clearing the cases filed by the Police and the AG department.
