Speaker has become a joker - MP Keheliya Rambukwella

Colombo (News1st): "The speaker has become such a person who supplies us with jokes and tries to legalize his actions in a very shameful manner," said MP Keheliya Rambukwella. He said today the speaker summoned the heads of media to parliament at 12 noon because nothing was done in parliament. MP Rambukwella stated that even though the parliament was convened to take up a special proposal, speaker allows anyone to speak the way they want. "All of the Parliamentarians spoke about regulating media, they requested him to put a stop to these actions of the media. In response the speaker summoned the heads of media to parliament, that is their media freedom." - MP Keheliya Rambukwella
