Maha Season Water Supply Dates to Be Finalized Today

COLOMBO (News1st);The Department of Agriculture states that the decision regarding the date to commence supplying water for the Maha season will be announced today.

Director General of Agriculture Dr. Thushara Wickramarachchi stated that the discussion is taking place with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, ministry officials, and members of all farmer organizations.

Accordingly, he said that decisions regarding both the start and end dates of the Maha season will be discussed and finalized today.
