Organized Criminal 'Midigama Chooti' Extradited to Sri Lanka from Oman

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Prabath Madushanka, alias 'Midigama Chooti', a high-profile member of an organized criminal gang who was in the custody of Omani security forces, was extradited to the island early this morning.

Midigama Chooti, identified as a close associate of organized crime leader and drug trafficker 'Harak Kata', was arrested by Omani security forces several months ago.

An Interpol Red Notice had previously been issued for his arrest.
