COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Clean Sri Lanka Presidential Task Force, in collaboration with the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Lanka IOC, Sinopec Energy Lanka (Private) Limited, and RM Parks (Private) Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This initiative aims to enhance public sanitation and transportation convenience by providing essential sanitary facilities at fuel stations nationwide.

The program's goal is to transform fuel stations across the country into clean, safe, and accessible locations with modern sanitation facilities, especially for vulnerable groups.

Over the next three years, the plan is to establish 540 new sanitary facilities for the public.

The Presidential Media Division announced that 100 of these facilities are expected to be completed by the end of this year.
