Investigation Underway for Missing Provincial Council Vehicles

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Deputy Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Ruwan Senarath has confirmed that an investigation is underway for provincial council vehicles that are unaccounted for. 

An investigation team has been appointed to look into the matter after reports indicated that certain vehicles, provided to officials for provincial council projects, have gone missing.

The Minister further assured that strict action will be taken against individuals responsible for the misuse of government property.
